Weighing in at 270g on average, compared to the F-FLY’s 210g, the MAX has a thicker POWERFLOW PRO foam midsole. This innovative foam gives lightweight cushioning, while still feeling agile and responsive. Working with the shoe’s BOOMERANG FOOTBED, the F-FLY MAX offers maximum shock absorption and energy return for hardcore workouts where every ounce of energy counts.

A sticky rubber outsole gives you dependable grip and traction, whether you’re running, jumping or lifting. In addition, ROPETEC arch protection wraps up around the midfoot to give you extra grip and protection when rope climbing.

The F-FLY benefits from a redesigned, anatomical fit that perfectly treads the line between allowing your foot to perform naturally, while also providing security and support. When you tighten the shoe’s laces, a protective MET-CRADLE wraps around to leave you feeling secure and locked-in. At the front of the shoe the toe box widens, which allows your toes to naturally splay when they strike the ground and push off.
